Goal Stars is a provider of grass roots age football coaching and children's parties to the local area. Part of the services provided by Goals Stars involve the booking of appointments and another part of the service includes the purchasing of goods, either for delivery, or for inclusion in conjunction with a Goal Stars party.
1. Booking and Payment
1.1 All party bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed by Goal Stars.
1.2 A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total booking cost is required at the time of booking to secure the party date and time.
1.3 The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the party date. Failure to pay the balance may result in the cancellation of your booking.
1.4 Additional charges may apply for any extra services (e.g., venue hire, additional time, etc.) which will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking.
2. Party Duration and Structure
2.1 The standard duration of a Goal Stars party is 2 hours, which includes 15 minutes for setup and 15 minutes for closing down.
2.2 Goal Stars staff will arrive 15 minutes before the party start time for setup. Please ensure the venue is accessible from this time.
2.3 If additional time is required for the party, this must be arranged in advance and may incur extra charges.
2.4 The Goal Stars Express Party Package is 1 hour duration and extensions to this time are unavailable.
3. Venue and Equipment
3.1 Parties can be held at a venue of your choice, subject to suitability for the planned activities.
3.2 Venue hire is available at an additional cost and must be booked separately. Goal Stars is not responsible for any issues with external venues not hired through us.
3.3 The party host will provide all necessary football-related equipment for the activities.
3.4 Please ensure there is sufficient space at the venue for the planned activities.
4. Health, Safety, and Supervision
4.1 Goal Stars takes the health and safety of all party attendees seriously. Our party hosts are trained in leading activities safely. However, Goal Stars cannot accept responsibility for injuries caused by failure to follow instructions or inappropriate behaviour.
4.2 Parents/guardians must remain on-site for the duration of the party and are responsible for the behaviour and supervision of the children at all times.
4.3 It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian booking the party to ensure that all children have appropriate footwear and clothing for the activities.
4.4 Please inform Goal Stars of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements at the time of booking so that appropriate accommodations can be made.
5. Party Attendees
5.1 Goal Stars parties are designed for children aged 3-10 years.
5.2 A maximum of 16 children can attend a standard party unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. Additional charges may apply for larger groups.
5.3 The party host will tailor activities to suit the group of children on the day, and we aim to make all parties inclusive for all abilities.
5.4 Please provide a full list of attendees to Goal Stars at least 48 hours before the party.
5.5 In the event that a child's behaviour is deemed to be dangerous or inappropriate, the child or children responsible will be asked to sit out of the activities run by the Goal Stars party host. This decision will be made at the discretion of the party host.
6. Food and Refreshments
6.1 Goal Stars does not provide food or refreshments as part of the party package. If you wish to provide food or arrange catering, please ensure this is done in line with the venue’s policies.
6.2 All food arrangements are the responsibility of the parent/guardian booking the party.
7. Cancellations and Amendments
7.1 If you need to cancel your party, please notify Goal Stars as soon as possible.
7.2 The 25% deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel within 7 days of the party date, the full balance will be non-refundable unless in exceptional circumstances agreed by Goal Stars.
7.3 Amendments to party bookings (e.g., change of date, time, or number of attendees) must be made no less than 7 days before the party date and are subject to availability.
8. Liability
8.1 Goal Stars will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury occurring during the party except in cases of negligence by our staff.
8.2 Parents/guardians are responsible for the behaviour and welfare of the children attending the party and for any damage to the venue caused by the children.
9. Photography and Video
9.1 Goal Stars staff may take photographs or video footage during the party for promotional purposes.
9.2 If you do not wish for your child to be included in promotional materials, please inform Goal Stars in advance of the event.
10. Data Protection
10.1 Goal Stars will store your personal details in line with data protection regulations and will not share your information with third parties without your consent.
11. Complaints
11.1 If you are dissatisfied with any part of your Goal Stars party, please contact us within 7 days of the event, and we will aim to resolve any issues promptly.

Items purchased via the Goal Stars Shop may be returned or refunded within 30 days of purchase without reason, providing the items are unused and in saleable condition. This includes packaging where applicable. For items that are defective or damaged on arrival, the customer should endeavour to notify Goal Stars within 48 hours of delivery. Notice can be given by email to help@goal-stars.co.uk and should include details of the fault or issue, the corresponding order number and the desired outcome. Goal Stars will endeavour to rectify any issues within 48 hours. Refunds can only be issued back to the original payment method.
